Project Governance
The Curriculum Management System in an institutional initiative designed to support those who create and modify curriculum. It is fully supported by the Vice-President Academic & Provost and the Vice-Provost. Implementation of the system has been delegated to the University Registrar.
The project is governed by a steering committee that consists of members from across the community, with a focus on representation from both academic and administrative units.

Mandate
- Set overall project goals and desire outcomes
- Ensure project is prioritized and resourced
- Define institutional imperatives, mandatory features/adoption
- Major implementation strategy decisions
- Integration decisions
- Exception principles and decisions
- Link to other committees/projects at senior level and advance policy/regulation changes required
- Determine system governance and institutional infrastructure for sustainability.
