Prior to Accessing the System
All users require a valid staff Passport York account, as well as a role in the system.
Obtain a Passport York Account
To access York's CMS, you will need a valid Passport York (PPY) account. To request an account, please visit the Faculty and Staff Passport York page.
Accessing CMS
You can use the CMS Login button. You only require your valid York PPY information. Note, only active staff have access to CMS. For any further questions or concerns, contact your Faculty's Course Repository Officer (CRO).
Logging In
Once you have access, select the 'CMS Login' button on the right hand nav to begin. For a field by field guide by role, please view one of the manuals available under this header.
