All users require a valid staff Passport York account, as well as a role in the system.
Obtain a Passport York Account
To access York's CMS, you will need a valid Passport York (PPY) account. To request an account, please visit the Faculty and Staff Passport York page.
Request a Role in the Curriculum Management
Contact your Faculty's Course Repository Officer (CRO) to set up your CMS access. Please allow two business days for access to be granted. Review a list of institutional CROs here.
Logging In
Once you have access, select the 'CMS Login' button on the right hand nav to begin. For a field by field guide by role, please view one of the manuals available under this header.
